The shot came from a nearby arena title, The Powell Millennium revealing the top first Snake Eyes in the case of Kirk vs. Robinson.  According to IMDB, Gilbert Powell (casino owner) is based on Donald Trump whose casino Taj Mahal in Atlantic City had been the background in the movie.  

Kevin’s Powell allegiance in Snake Eyes ties to Miller’s Trump allegiance.   Tyler’s boxing stage floor is printed with Miller beer advertisements.  Rabat shoots behind Miller beer advertisement post of Powell’s arena revealing the top second Snake Eyes in the case of Kirk vs. Robinson.  Kevin says, “Snake Eyes, the House wins.”  Stephen Miller is the White House Deputy Chief appointed by Trump.

In Snake Eyes, the shooter, Rabat is programmed to be killed by Kevin to cover up Kevin’s conspiracy and to protect Powell.  If Tyler Robinson is not playing the role of Lincoln Tyler, Robinson may have been already killed so that nobody can ask any question to Robinson before the trial, which may explain why his court appearances appear to be AI-generated.  If Tyler is not allowed to appear physically at the court and if Tyler is not allowed to talk to anybody in person including his private attorneys, he is likely already dead.  Trump wants Robinson to die.  If Robinson receives a death penalty, nobody can reopen the case to find the shooter, and the identities of all conspirators remain hidden.  However, the conspirators are automatically revealed to logical people when cases end up with suicides in jails or urgent death penalties in courts.
